Yeah, Schröder is a special case ... Ex chancellor, personal friend of Putin, Socialdemocrate and he takes whatever he can get from German taxpayers as well as from Russian oligarchs / eh - enterprises to fund his lavish lifestyle - strictly following the old Roman saying "pecunia non olet".


Don't ask me what I think about him, but I guess he clearly demonstrates that the lack of moral values does not necessarily correlate with any party line.

And yes - allowing Germany to get that dependent on cheap Russian energy imports was criminal. Heads should roll for that.
