Maybe Japan is at it again.. they are going to do for Naval boaties what they did the for cars...

Japan may just be the best hope the west has in generating the stuff that is needed for defence.

Could NZ learn from the UKE's

https://edition.cnn.com/2023/06/03/europe/ukraine-secretive-drone-program-russia-war-intl/index.html

Ok all you budding pilots its time to join your local drone club and  control up to speed...

you can start with drive way patrol for your local street patrol....

its the only way to stop these RAM RAID's...

Patrol up people!!!

When a country starts lying in front of everyone about rules based systems its the slippery slope to something bigger.

There is no doubt that China is closing down again and a New COLD war is here.

MOSCOW, June 5 (Reuters) - Russian forces have thwarted a major Ukrainian offensive in the southern Ukrainian region of Donetsk and killed hundreds of pro-Kyiv troops, the defence ministry in Moscow said on Monday.

In a statement, the ministry said Ukraine had launched the attack on Sunday using six mechanised and two tank battalions.

"On the morning of June 4, the enemy launched a large-scale offensive in five sectors of the front in the South Donetsk direction," the ministry said on the Telegram messaging app.......

.....The ministry also released video of what it said showed several Ukrainian armoured vehicles in a field blowing up after being hit.

Russian forces killed 250 Ukrainian troops as well as destroying 16 tanks, the infantry fighting vehicles and 21 armoured combat vehicles, the ministry said.....etc.

The UGly Bears have Blown the  Nova Khakovka Dam ...

Could this have implications for the CO and stall some phases of UKE operations..

You cant drive your offensie through this... It was also blown in WW2.

I guess you would have to believe that the Eukranians have factored this possibility into their plans.

Dam good excuse to cancel this one and dream up something else... like wait for F35's and do a CO in 5 years time.

https://edition.cnn.com/

Let Russia have its own civil war ... far better option...

Wagner group was attacked by russian forces and took the russian commanding office prisoner...

Actually blown twice in WW II - first time by Stalin to prevent Hitler to proceed and the second time by Hitler (blowing the dam his troops repaired) to prevent Stalin to proceed.

But yes, interesting ... and you wonder who really will gain from this catastrophe.

BTW - the Dnjepr is providing most of Crimea's drinking water and I understand this action might impact on the supply.

In my view some gains and some problems on both sides and no doubt - a terrible catastrophe for the population in between.
