Absolutely - while humans came from Africa, they reached their highest development peaks so far in Europe and in parts of Asia (India, China). Europe clearly has the resources, the people and the Know How. They just need to learn to focus on their common interests and work together instead of listening to the sweet voices of Putin"s populists who try to divide (Europe) and (allow Putin to) conquer the lot (divide et impera).

So far however it looks the Europeans are remarkable stupid - it started with Brexit and the alt dumb / dump / right in all countries are working hard to keep Europe weak and apart. But who knows - maybe Trumps actions manage to bring them together.
