The capital raise has gone vey well hasn't it? PEB gets re-capitalised, there was massive support from institutions and retail investors, and now, having bought their shares at 17c investors see the SP creeping back up again. 29c currently. Good bit of business all round!

Seems like 21.5% was the magic number. Investors got up to a maximum of 21.5% of their existing holding. I got 60% of what I asked for which came back to 21/5% of what I held. Seems fair that the more you held - and therefore supported PEB - the more, in sheer numbers, that you were able to get. It's been an instant windfall for everyone though!

Been a big win for those who particpated in last two CR's. Those who were brave to buy at around $0.05 must be very happy with that call.

My average gone up after this CR, $0.152.

Anyway congrats to all holders, you deserve it for holding you nerve and beleiving in a great product that helps all of us to a better experiance in healthcare.

SP closed at .28c today, less the .17c cost = .11c per share bonus for participants at this stage.

Plus SP up 51% since Jan.

SP may bounce around a little in the short term, but those with a longer term view should do very well ..... Even better rewards ahead IMO.

Plus a nice surprise... my refund money arrived back into my account tonight.

Onwards and upwards.

PEB now has 1.242 billion shares issued with a market cap around $348 million.

Only 2.5 million were sold Thursday so there certainly wasn't a major rush to unload the newly issued shares for a quick 11cps profit.

The next significant catalyst for SP action will be finalisation of the LCD decision - hopefully before the end of the year. What will the SP move to when that happens?

Back in early 2021 the mcap was ~$1.05 billion with c.780 million shares issued (SP $1.35). If the same mcap applies when the LCD decision is announced that implies an SP of around 85cps.

I think it's definitely worth holding on for a potential gain of that magnitude. I won't be selling!

Just checked my bank account a/c and the surplus funds from the CR have been credited.

Well that's good news - only 1.5 million shares changed hands today -including 197k crossing at 30cps at end of play.

There are obviously plenty of high conviction holders happy to wait for the big announcement later this year that will see the company finally on its way to fame and fortune.

BTW Basil - today's closing is 2cps higher than MFB! :)

Basil

Lol first time for a while mate and MFB went ex a 1.15 cent divvy this week.

Thanks but couldn't access. No worries tho.  Happy to wait and happy at the way SP is holding around $0.30c. 'Good things take time'

Couldn't access meeting either but I gather the presenters were all positive, so just a waiting game now.
SP holding up well - maybe the next quarterly report might show a bit of an uptick in revenue, although I suspect the effect of the decision will take a bit more time to filter through.

Now available on the other channel via an AI summary provided by Roskat. Thanks Roskat.

My quick take is that all is progressing well towards a favourable outcome, (but then again I'm a tab biased.)

AssureMDX, who were one of the presenters, look like they are trying to piggy-back on PEB's general acceptance and get their tests included on the LCD. But as Poet has pointed out, although they may be a competitor at some point, it's unlikely they will get inclusion given they weren't in the draft and haven't conducted anywhere near the level of clinical trials that PEB have. Or received endorsement by the AUA for that matter.
Still, the market is huge in the US alone, so room for a competition or two down the line, I would think.

Agree LL.

I'm ambivalent regarding the prospect of competition as;
a.) As I see it, the competitor still has to complete a research process and may not succeed at this stage.
b.) If granted the competitor has the potential to increase awareness and grow the total market.
c.) Competition will prompt PEB to highlight/develop/exploit  its 'points of difference.'

I recall similar fears when ATM launched A2 IF into the China market against entrenched opposition incl Nestle's and local brands etc.

As a result of the competition, the Total market for grew and ATM's A2 point of difference became a protective moat that allowed it to gain significant market share against its rivals.
