The capital raise has gone vey well hasn't it? PEB gets re-capitalised, there was massive support from institutions and retail investors, and now, having bought their shares at 17c investors see the SP creeping back up again. 29c currently. Good bit of business all round!

Seems like 21.5% was the magic number. Investors got up to a maximum of 21.5% of their existing holding. I got 60% of what I asked for which came back to 21/5% of what I held. Seems fair that the more you held - and therefore supported PEB - the more, in sheer numbers, that you were able to get. It's been an instant windfall for everyone though!

Been a big win for those who particpated in last two CR's. Those who were brave to buy at around $0.05 must be very happy with that call.

My average gone up after this CR, $0.152.

Anyway congrats to all holders, you deserve it for holding you nerve and beleiving in a great product that helps all of us to a better experiance in healthcare.

SP closed at .28c today, less the .17c cost = .11c per share bonus for participants at this stage.

Plus SP up 51% since Jan.

SP may bounce around a little in the short term, but those with a longer term view should do very well ..... Even better rewards ahead IMO.

Plus a nice surprise... my refund money arrived back into my account tonight.

Onwards and upwards.

PEB now has 1.242 billion shares issued with a market cap around $348 million.

Only 2.5 million were sold Thursday so there certainly wasn't a major rush to unload the newly issued shares for a quick 11cps profit.

The next significant catalyst for SP action will be finalisation of the LCD decision - hopefully before the end of the year. What will the SP move to when that happens?

Back in early 2021 the mcap was ~$1.05 billion with c.780 million shares issued (SP $1.35). If the same mcap applies when the LCD decision is announced that implies an SP of around 85cps.

I think it's definitely worth holding on for a potential gain of that magnitude. I won't be selling!
