Who's next.......?
Despite tough times, cost of living, threats of inflation and interest rates, I reckon the economy has bottomed and is on the slow improve. There are still downside risks but this isn't 2022/2023/2024 yet... good time to be invested?. Tourism and net migration is rising along with healthy agri sector

Habitz, I'm not sure.  I'm still seeing a lot of businesses struggle and unfortunately some are folding.    I hope you are right.

Personally, I'm sitting on a 10% cash allocation which would normally be in the NZX, but I'm dithering on whether to plough in, keep it in cash or up my international allocation.

No harm in having some cash up your sleeve in my opinion with so much international geopolitical tension.  Easy enough to invest it when the dust settles.  Work on your buy-up list now while we wait for tensions to ease.

Yes agree it's still very tough out there, especially Auckland and Wellington. Have seen all this before, the good times will come again. I think it's a good time to be cautious. When buying also favour the approach of buying in parcels over time and not buying your total order in one go.
