Winton and Kāinga Ora have reached a "no fault" agreement and neither side will comment further over Winton's proposed Sunfield community.

KO spent north of $10m on Court costs. It always seems to be in these fault free outcomes that the Crown folds and starts writing cheques.

No transparency, no accountability.  Not good enough from KO.
