Yes something not quite right today...
Ukraine said they shot down all the kinzhal missiles fired at kiev, but the americans have said the patriot battery was hit by one.
After watching the video it was hit by at least two missiles..

Not sure, what happened, but the good thing is - Patriot batteries are geographically pretty wide stretched (often over several km). You can't destroy the whole battery with just one (or even two missiles) ... and they still work with a smaller number of rocket launchers.

There is a new product that intergrates all networked radars in the field... the UKE are supposed to have got one from the US...

Couldnt tell which video i just watched one.
Have been trying to find out how many patriot missiles raytheon make a year, best i could find is 300  so 10% of a years production in 2 mins... And roughly $130 million   yikes

was talking to my cousin a Lt COL and he suggested they phantom the another System that turns on after the attack begins and then  shuts down after the attacked and moves...

but they dont have enough systems to have phantoms...

Yeah US defense stocks are already in demand but wait for the debt limit to be confirmed... else Europe will have to create some bigger missile defence systems which they should do anyway..

Found this on my wanderings across the net, About the Patriot in Kiev, It is quite a long read with the video i must have seen with the two hits on the system.
Couple of things stood out to me.  In a house committee report the patriot was reported to have a success rate of 10%
There is a problem with the missiles doing a loop and crashing back down to earth.. videos of this are in there.. quite scary.
