Hmm - so, Putin's Parrot (aka President Dump) wanted the $500 b from Uke without anything in return. Thought his bullying will do the trick.

Heard today that European countries will need something like $500 b over the next 10 years to make and keep their armies "Putin ready".

Just wondering - why doesn't Uke sign this contract with Europe instead? Say Europe gets half of the gains from the resource deal (Uke gets the other half) - and in return every European country involved stations some of their troops in Uke.

Apparently the European NATO countries control still roughly twice the numbers of soldiers than Russia has ... and for sure, they will be better trained and equipped.

Yes, Europe's indecisiveness is a problem ... I just hope that Putler and Dump together manage to fix that problem.

Not sure, though US would need to leave Nato. Nato did cope with unreliable allies before, and they could just create a parallel European defense treaty. Issue solved.

Yes, mid terms might be interesting, though not sure, whether US will be able to run next year still free and democratic elections. Dump and his henchmen are subjugating and attacking the free press as well as threatening judges and their families - so, I am pretty sure he plans for a Putin type win in 2026.
