Back in the day I seem to remember that it was possible to pass Franking Credits on Australian dividends to NZ shareholders but it was to the discretion of the company.

Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge that's never been possible and it would appear the Australian Treasury has dug its toes in on reciprocal claiming of trans Tasman tax credits so in my opinion its unlikely it ever will be in the future.  An Australian listing so institutional investors there can claim franking credits for Glassons Au tax paid could see a considerable rerating of the share price to comparable Australian retail metrics.
