Fallen right out of favor and joined the other two in the approx 50% of NTA dog box. I expect it and the others to languish around current levels until the almost endless malaise affecting the real estate market finally ends which I don't think is anytime soon. The gild rush in this sector is well and truly done and dusted.

Q2 news sales in line with pcp .... Not unexpected after Q1 new sales were up 34% on pcp. YTD up 13% on last year so tracking nicely

resale Margins in line with F25 is also pretty good

Still delivering 100's of new units ...so heading to the $20 NTA when current developments completed.

Probably but the problem is if Mr market is still pricing them at 64 cents on the dollar to NTA 8-10 years from now that suggests only a ~ $13 share price a very long way into the future and with the pretty pathetic yield and very modest long term capital gain prospects who has the patience for that ?
