Sold their US building yesterday

10 and a smidge mill USD to pay down debt.

Cash flow has looked good for the last 2 years.

Why are they listed in NZ?

I bought in 2018 when they were rubicon for around $0.25. They seemed to have so much potential. But every year they failed to deliver and I sold out at a loss in 2020 at $0.16. Had no interest in reentering ever since.

Similar scenario here , got out with a minor profit when they jumped pre covid but things have really gone downhill now .
 I have been looking at the low s p & musing but its long term risky
