Am amazed about the late buying on high volumes after the 40c div is done and dusted. Confidence has / is returning, correct me if I'm wrong but the market has already recovered the 40cents?

It will be even nicer when/if the SP recovers the $2.00 payout as well!  ;)

In the meantime happy to feed on the projected dividend yield  of over 12% (depending on your average SP holding cost.)

What would be the lowest yield investors will pay for the units. Could a lower forecast gross yield of 8 or 10 percent be justified in the price. If so the SP has a way to go

Tim nice but dim

I used to think this way but now I calculate my yields based on current share price as that yield will determine if you: BUY, SELL or HOLD.

What you paid for a share has not relevance the moment after the transaction is settled.

Anyway ..... price & volume have been very bullish after the two ExD dates better than I expected. Happy holder (regardless of what I paid for them)  ;D
