Looks like Europe is heading towards a lot of property taxes just as the UK demolished it estates its now looking to get those second houses tax as heavily as it can....
All those wonderful big country houses smashed up and now the little second home of the upper middle classes hit as property speculation...

and in france its the same .. but who would want some of those of country houses in towns.
You would be surprised the number of people who buy a second home in the french country side even include NZ resident Dutch diary farmers...
