In the early days Telecom as it was known then showed true marketing brilliance of a level we see with Turners Tina campaign, with their brilliant Spot the telecom dog campaign.  Many will remember these well loved advertisements such as this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l66fh7_YHVQ    Sadly this sort of creativity left the building a long time ago with Spark.

At least two private equity firms are "going over" Spark as they "ponder a buyout proposal," according to a report in The Australian's Dataroom market gossip column.

Probably just gossip but who knows for sure.

Morningstar and Craigs Investment Partners analysts are among those who think the stock has been oversold.

IMO private equity = big egos.  But sniffing around SPK sounds delusional.  It won't end well for someone.

Vhat slack management?  Eet vas Spark zhat found them out!

https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/crime/corporate-corruption-australians-mark-lester-sean-bryan-sentenced-for-4m-spark-nz-kickbacks-scheme/54J2IYYSAZEYFHFD2AC3DYZPTM/

"Court documents describe Lester as "dominant in determining and directing the flow of work to Victory" and justifying the higher rates even as others within the company tried to raise the alarm."

Two corrupt eendiveeduals vound out by Spark, and who are now being zued by Spark to recover ze money.   It zeems as though Spark deed ze right things.   Doesn't zound like slack management at Spark to me.

Jeez - $4m kickbacks on a $20m contrract and they needed the SFO to point this out to them. Clearly - Spark seems to have a governance system well suited for any banana republic. The three apes spring to mind.

Ideal investment material ...

SPK been in a slow uptrend in last 12 weeks. But looking at Cods graph it is in over bought territory above $2.30c. Now that I have posted it will probably do the usual and drop back later this afternoon if ASX SPK has its way lol.
